SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations who are seeking to obtain a retail lease to operate the kiosk/café and restaurant located within Governor Phillip Park, 1193 Barrenjoey Road, Palm Beach.
Council is seeking a proficient operator with the capability and demonstrated expertise to manage and operate the premises to a high standard, providing quality food and beverage services that cater to visitors and the local community, while enhancing the amenity and activation of Governor Phillip Park.
The lease term will be for 10 years with a further 5-year option at the lessee's discretion.

SITE BRIEFING AND INSPECTION:
A site inspection will be held at 4pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 at the subject premises.

LODGEMENT:
