Enjoy our spacious 2-storey home with 2 large living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Morning coffee on the back patio, dusk vinos on the front verandah. A walk to the Botanical Gardens or Elwood Beach.
We ask that you please feed our 2 cats, Oli and Sophie, and cuddle them. Food provided. We can also leave them with our neighbours if needed.
The back patio is private. Beyond that is a backyard shared with our 2 neighbours who work full time, and it's not often used in winter.
The space
The living space is long and spacious, and the kitchen, dining, and lounge room downstairs feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Both living rooms upstairs and downstairs have televisions and large comfy sofas, and there is a piano. The kitchen is fully stocked with an espresso machine, microwave, double oven, and double dishwasher. The dining area off the kitchen (all open space) seats 8.
3 large bedrooms, all with built-in robes, are very comfortable - 2 queen beds and 1 king bed.
