1 month minimum to 4 months, Fully furnished -as is in the photos .
Enjoy our spacious two storey home, with 2 large living rooms, whilst we are away. Morning coffee in the backyard, dusk vino's on the front verandah. Take a walk to the Botanical Gardens for a picnic, Elwood Beach for a swim. We have 2 cats, Oli and Sophie and friends that will mind them but if you love gorgeous cuddly cats, we would rather keep them at home. Food provided .

The space
There are two large living rooms. The downstairs living space is long and spacious and the kitchen, dining and loungeroom downstairs, feature floor to ceiling windows. Both living rooms upstairs and downstairs have televisions and very large comfy sofas and there is a piano. The kitchen is fully stocked with an expresso machine, microwave, double oven and double dishwasher.
The dining off the kitchen (all open space) seats 8. 3 large Bedrooms, all with BIR's and very comfortable -2 Queen Beds and 1 King Bed.

Other things to note
We have a wonderful young (30's) professional couple staying in our bungalow. An IT person and international relations person. They have their own separate entrance, are very discreet and only occasionally use the backyard table. Bills will be the tenants responsibility.
