We enjoy excellent relationships with all suppliers and customers.

HISTORY:
The business commenced in early 2014. Early sales commenced with used floats which involved considerable time, expense, and travel, and quickly evolved into agency arrangements with float manufacturers, which has resulted in most sales being new floats. This has resulted in major cost reductions, improvements to sales, the reputation of the business, and much more efficient operational arrangements.
ADVERTISING:
The business is now widely known and attracts significant repeat business plus word-of-mouth contact. We advertise primarily through our website and Facebook. Minimal other advertising.
All available stock floats are on display at the Huntly property.
EQUIPMENT:
The 2016 Isuzu D-Max utility, an optional extra at $29,000, is in excellent condition, fitted with both reversing and tub cameras, GPS, 50mm bumper pull and 70mm tub coupling for Goosenecks.
Portable signs and banners, towing/floating accessories, and trade plate (if applicable/required).
MAINTENANCE/IMPROVEMENTS:
Minor maintenance is provided on-site, requiring only very basic workshop equipment. Local workshops or float manufacturers are utilised for most upgrades/improvements.
New floats are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty and therefore seldom involve any cost to our agency. Such claims are rare.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
No employees or agents are required. The business is operated on a part-time basis by the owners under very flexible time-tables. Total input equates to less than one full-time requirement and can easily be expanded to meet increased demands when necessary.
ADMINISTRATION:
Advertising, marketing, bookkeeping, website management, gst requirements, and all other administration is managed in-house. Taxation services are out-sourced.
