Why pay agents fees and commission plus advertising, all you need do is make yourself, available for inspections and commit to advertising yourself. This property sold after 6 months. The market was obviously slow as very few people were introduced to it by Real Estate Agents. I have no idea why people sell with agents. I found selling my house my way so easy and people love talking to the actual owner. I sold on the first open inspection. Thank you For Sale By Owner.
