We can’t thank you and Colin enough for creating an avenue for people to sell their homes without having someone swoop in and steal thousands of dollars just to do the easy part of selling it. 🙂 We tried to do all the right things – present the property beautifully, keep it maintained, price it well in the current market and get it advertised!
Our area – York – is notoriously slow to sell properties. Some have been on the market for over 5 years! We attribute that to our slack country real estate ‘professionals’ who are in no apparent rush to do any thing.
Please find attached a photo of the happy vendor and purchaser 🙂 cant tell you how delighted our purchaser was when he could stick your big SOLD sticker on our beautiful photo board. And we love the thought of the real estate ‘professionals’ driving past our house in shock that we did it without them! lol Priceless.
Once again – thank you for all your help in getting our place listed, the photo board, all your information and being their when I needed advice ‘after hours’.
