We decided to list our property about a week prior to Christmas and were absolutely amazed at the efforts made by FOR SALE BY OWNER to meet the pending deadline with the sign company and the help they gave us with our website listing. They made what most people may think as daunting so very easy and simple.
Our emails or calls were ALWAYS answered immediately, something that is very rare these days! I even emailed on Christmas day, expecting to get a response once business resumed after the Christmas break and was gobsmacked to get a reply within half an hour!
