Just passing on thanks for your services. We just sold 39 Black Star Crescent in Mount Isa.

A lot of homes are for sale there, and very few have sold this year. Ours sold for nearly our asking price, was under contract within about 6 weeks, and I still didn’t get time to use the photo board we paid for, or distribute the brochures we made up. We could sell the house at a discount as we weren’t paying agents fees.
