3 months with RE agent – waste of time, way over priced, 2nd showing of for sale by owner 3 offers the successful buyer drove by and saw our sign with phone number and called us, they were just outside so we let them through – we sold for $585,000 which was perfect for us with no fees.

I loved showing my own home, everyone commented on how great it was to deal directly with the buyer. only stress was which offer to accept! multiple offers allowed us to increase our price by $5k. will definitely use your service if I move again – oh no I can hear the family groan! this will be house number 12.
