My Husband and I were very pleased to deal with For Sale By Owner as when ever we needed them for advice they were on the phone promptly, my only regret was not listening to Colin’s advice when he advised us not to take on a six month long settlement as it was far too long and stressful and as it turned out we had two other offers which could have settled much sooner but we were stuck waiting for our long settlement buyers. We would certainly use For sale By Owner again but listen to their advice next time.
The real benefit is not having to pay a Real Estate Agent the Huge amount of money they demand ! I have already recommended For Sale By Owner To other people and will do it again. Thank You again For Sale By Owner.
