Good news, we managed to close our sale for 312/22 Charles St, at $471K. Some stats: 6 open inspections over 8 weeks, 30 visitors, about 60 email enquiries.
We did not do any additional marketing other than using your A4 Flyer for hand-outs during inspections. Having our hi-quality photos to upload helped create an attractive listing. We also piggy backed off of other units for sale in the same building, with similar inspection times. We made sure to meticulously clean before every showing, which I believe set us apart from other units for sale in the building. Plus we were flexible on price not having full agency costs.
This relatively quick sale allowed us to purchase our next home and coordinate a simultaneous settlement. In my opinion, your FSBO service trumps all the other self-serve options at least for the Sydney market which we are in.
