Your new fully-furnished home is set over two levels. Open plan living upstairs, incorporating a designer kitchen with European appliances and dishwasher. Spectacular East to South-East ocean views over district treetops. Large double sliding glass doors (with flyscreens) open onto a huge deck; perfect for soaking up the environment and entertaining. The large master bedroom has KS bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan and large sliding door providing for sea breezes and ocean views. The upstairs bathroom and toilet, a few steps away from the master bedroom has shower views to the mountains in the west.

Downstairs, the separate rumpus area has a Large 3D TV, ocean and garden views and opens onto a large lower deck with bbq and outdoor eating and access to the backyard. The two double bedrooms (1 KS bed, 1 QS bed) both have built-ins. The second, larger, bathroom has shower over bath, second toilet and access to front yard. There is also a large utility room/laundry with built-in storage and laundry tub.

Our backyard is very tropical. We are (incrementally) completing landscaping following construction of our pool and studio apartment late last year. We use the studio apartment at the very bottom of the yard from time to time, and the pool is shared by the main house and the studio. Mostly, you'll have the property to yourself (no access to the studio apartment).

Reasonable electricity and water is included in the rent. Yard maintenance also included (though we'd love it if you could mow the front verge).

Both living areas have large capacity reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The home is very secure with windows locks, security screens, prowler proof entry door and double locks, lockable gates to front and back yards. There is solar water heating. Off-street parking for two vehicles.
