Update. I've had a few enquiries so I thought I should summarise the some aspects;
It's away from traffic and urban living, you'll have to be at peace with yourself/partner/dog to fully enjoy the place
You probably can't get a loan, because banks are more focused on millimetre perfect boundaries to take your land away if you miss a payment.
It snows in winter, so have a hobby or rug up.
Your Bugatti will get dirty on the access road.
Mobile coverage is poor (IP phone over internet is just ok) external antenna for phone helps a lot, phone with antenna socket included.
