Daily Fee: $150/day

This fee covers the following services and amenities:

patients.

refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, etc.
• Balcony: Enjoy the use of the balcony and all provided balcony furniture.
• Bathroom: Shared use of bathroom facilities.

2. Use of Furnishings:
• All furnishings in your designated room and in the common areas are included
for your use.

3. Outgoings:
• WIFI: High-speed internet access is included.
• Electricity: Full access to electrical power for your daily needs.
• Air Conditioning: Climate control is available for comfort.
• Water: All water usage is covered.

4. Building/Property Expenses:
• Insurance: Building insurance is included in the fee.
• Landlord Fees: All fees to the landlord, including bonds, are covered.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and repairs for the building are
included in the cost.

5. Administration Support:
• Reception Services: Our staff will greet your clients or patients upon arrival
during our operating hours when reception staff are rostered on.

What is Not Included:

1. Car Parking:
• Open-Air Parking: Available for rent at $10/day, subject to availability.
• Undercover Parking: Available for rent at $15/day, subject to availability.
• Parking Availability: Parking spaces are subject to availability, and availability
may change with a 7-day notice at our discretion.

2. Personal Insurances:
• Professional Indemnity Insurance: This is your responsibility and is not
included in the rental fee.
• Memberships: Any relevant memberships or affiliations are also not included.

3. Additional Administrative Support:
• If you require additional administrative support beyond the reception services
provided, please discuss your needs with us. This can be arranged separately
based on your specific requirements.
