Great to have full control of the listing, great to be able to add to or change any details at any time and to see changes updated quickly. Great not to have to deal with real estate agent’s tricks and games – and of course to save thousands in commission.

I believe the people that came to view the property also found it a breath of fresh air to talk to the actual owners, it is much more informal, more personal and was great fun.

Would not hesitate to join up with you again next time and thanks for all your assistance and your quick responses.
