We decided to try and sell our property privately. We were very scared. For Sale by Owner really helped us and gave us the confidence to sell our property. We took approximately 3 weeks to sell our house. Colin and Paul helped us with their expertise, their fast response to our queries and they seemed to be available whenever we needed them – even week-ends.
