What Happens When You Sign Up With Us?
Here's how it works:

Signup and proceed with payment. You'll then be asked to create a username and password for our backend system. This is where you'll create and can edit your property listing 24/7.
2. Create Your Property Listing
Now that you have access to our backend system, it's time to create your property listing. Here you'll be able to input all the details of your property, as well as upload images and floorplans.
3. Good to Go?
When you're happy with your advertisement, send us an e-mail (only required initially for new accounts). If everything's ok, we'll publish the listing (usually within a few hours).

4. Sit Back & Relax
Things are hotting up! After your ad has been approved, it will go on Australia's leading real estate sites, including realestate.com.au & domain.com.au, and we'll then send you your 'For Sale' board etc.
5. Respond to Enquiries
Communicate with any potential buyers, and tweak your ad if need be. Remember, you'll be listed until sold, so you won't have to pay any monthly or ongoing fees for your listing.
6. SOLD!
Once you've found the right buyer and have a deal, it's time to finalize the sale and celebrate! And with the money you've saved on agent commissions? We're sure you'll think of something...
